  2. Right-click on the ACSM file and choose Open with....
  3. Click Choose another app.
  4. Select Adobe Digital Editions. If it's not listed, go to 'If Adobe Digital Editions isn't listed' below. Otherwise, continue to step 5.
  5. Check the Always use this app to open .acsm files box, then click OK.

  1. Find the ACSM file for the ebook you're trying to download (by default, it will go in your computer's Downloads folder), and control-click on it.
  2. Click Get Info.
  3. Expand the Opens with section.
  4. Click the drop-down menu and select Adobe Digital Editions.
  5. Click Change All . . ., then Continue. Close out of the info window.
  6. Try downloading the title again.
